Axminster Scarecrow Trail
Wow! We have had a massive response to our invitation to take part in the first ever Axminster Scarecrow Trail, with more than 50 now on display. They are in shops and offices, outside public places and in gardens right across the town and will stay there in the run up to Axminster’s coming big food weekend - the Axminster Eats street food event from 4pm on Friday 24 May and Axminster Gate to Plate (10am - 4pm) on Bank Holiday Monday 27 May.
We have now created a trail guide that you can download here. We are not aware of every scarecrow that’s out there, so if yours isn’t shown please email secretary@axminster.biz with a photo and location and we will happily add it. You can also pick up a printed copy of the guide from Axminster Printing during normal working hours.
